The NCC Benchmark of IT Spending 2004 provides an appraisal of IT spending levels and spending ratios, enabling organisations to benchmark their IT spending in support of their IT decision making.
The analysis, by industry sector, size of IT department and number of end-users looks at:

- Breakdown of IT spending
