Overview
Modelling business processes assists in understanding the complex structure and activities existing within businesses today and helps to identify new solutions to improve operations and achieve corporate aims.

Professional Qualification

Optional Examination
An optional examination can be taken at the end of the course. The exam consists of 15 minutes reading time followed by a one-hour 'open book' written examination based upon a business scenario. The examination is charged for separately. Successful candidates are awarded the:
