A former Director of Change Management for a £1.78 billion turnover business, Alan Cumberland has experienced, at the highest level, the challenges facing programme management. Starting from a zero base Alan designed, developed and implemented the environment and infrastructure for effective programme management to take place. The combination of a background in engineering, and an honours degree in psychology provide a unique outlook on the infrastructure requirements of programme management while also recognising the crucial elements of managing human dynamics.
